A beloved İzmir patisserie running since 1957, with a Kemeraltı/Gıda Çarşısı counter feeding the bazaar its morning boyoz, hard-boiled egg and milk-based pastries. The boyoz, a Sephardic layered pastry that is one of İzmir's defining tastes, is the order. An institution, not a nostalgia prop.
