Heirloom domates, deniz börülcesi, şevketibostan, taze enginar in season, raw çam balı, ev tarhanası, hand-rolled erişte, sundried çiroz, the village's quietest cheeses. Less Sosyete Pazarı, more Cumartesi mektebi: a half-morning here resets the rest of the trip.
