The seasonal Çeşme outpost of one of İzmir's most credible French-style patisseries, on Ilıca's 5074 Sokak. Everything - viennoiserie, macarons, the much-praised salty-caramel ice cream - is handmade in the classical idiom, a step above the generic seaside dessert counters. Prices run high, but the craft is real; it is a morning-croissant or after-beach stop rather than a photo prop.
