Set in a garden courtyard off Hayriye Caddesi in Galatasaray (Firuzağa), in the basement of the historic Cezayir building, Hodan delivers refined modern Turkish cooking in an atmosphere that balances sophistication with the neighborhood's bohemian warmth.
