No Fish Today is the smallest, most unpretentious member of the House Cafe family — a vintage-armchair-and-marble-table room on Atiye Sokak that serves breakfast in the morning and quietly turns into one of Atiye's better cocktail bars after dark. Aperol Army is the calling-card drink; the rest of the list runs short, classic-leaning and well-executed. Decoration is the Çukurcuma-flea-market-meets-modern aesthetic that anchors the whole street, and capacity caps at maybe twenty people, so the room rarely tips into noise.
