The pocket-sized wine bar little sibling of Il Santo Bevitore, Il Santino is a former cellar of exposed brick and wooden beams stacked with bottles from small Tuscan and Italian producers. Locals spill into Via Santo Spirito at aperitivo over glasses of lesser-known labels and plates of cured meats and cheese. Standing-room intimacy, no spectacle.
