Set in the courtyard of the Artemis Karamolegos winery in Exo Gonia, Aroma Avlis cooks a seasonal menu built around produce from its own organic garden. The dishes are recognisably Santorinian and Greek but plated with care, and the cellar pours the estate's Assyrtiko alongside wider Greek labels. A shaded garden and an east-facing terrace make long, slow lunches the move.
