Xalavro Open Bar

Built into the ruins of an old house at Korai & Milatou, Xalavro is an open-air courtyard cocktail bar and all-day kitchen in the heart of the old town. The drinks are genuinely inventive — whisky-soda with popcorn, vodka swizzle with avocado and black pepper — and the restored-stone setting gives it character beyond the typical Korai strip. Day-to-night and well-regarded among locals.
