Since 1976 the Ardu-Atzeni family has run this Sardinian seafood trattoria in Porta Romana, one of the city's original destinations for serious fish. The signature astice alla catalana - shelled lobster with sweet tomatoes, red onion and superb olive oil - is a Milanese benchmark, and tables are booked out by locals weeks ahead. Quiet excellence, no theatre.
