Chef Jérôme Banctel — formerly of Lucas Carton, Les Ambassadeurs and Le Jules Verne — was awarded the third Michelin star in March 2024, making this the newest three-star address in the 8e. Two tasting menus: 'Virée' as a Brittany homage, and 'Périple' as a global travel narrative drawing in Japanese and Turkish techniques. The room is small, the silver service deliberate, the wine programme genuinely deep.
