The cocktails lean rum-forward but the menu spans further; the food side keeps the format honest with American-style grilled cheese (cheddar, pulled pork, turkey variants) at €6-8 alongside €13-14 cocktails. Listed in Diffords' Paris guide, on Time Out's Réaumur bars list and a 52 Martinis fixture. Quieter early-week, fills by 21:00 Thursday onward. The Sentier bar that takes the spirit, not the room, as the project.
