Opened by brothers Stavros and Christos Sotiroudis, Glykanisos turned a once-remote corner of Pylaia into a destination for creative seafood. The daily catch comes from Chalkidiki and arrives as polished small plates: tuna cured into bacon, ceviche, smoked eel, scallops with black-garlic cream. Refinement that never loses the straightforward pleasure of good fish.
