A family table since 1979, now into its third generation, near the Acropolis on the eastern Riquier edge. The kitchen keeps the real Niçoise repertoire — estocaficada (stockfish), petits farcis, sweet-chard tart, proper pan-bagnat — cooked from quality produce rather than for the camera. An institution for the cuisine the postcard versions only imitate.
