| Última revisão: May 2026 İki Sandal works from a deliberately archival recipe book — Ottoman-era mezes, slow stews, fish handled the old way — and serves it in a two-storey house above Kumbahçe with the upper terrace looking out across Bodrum bay. The crowd is locals, the rakı list is real, and the kitchen has held a Michelin Bib Gourmand without softening either the menu or the volume.
