Theo Clench opened the room in late 2022 and won a Michelin star within six months on a 10-course Asia-and-game-leaning menu; he left in mid-2024 for IGNI in Mayfair, and the kitchen has continued under a successor team that has retained the star into the 2026 Guide. Fifteen seats, no chatter, single tasting menu only. The chapter's chef's-table-register address.
