| Last reviewed: May 2026 Cycene — Old English for kitchen — sits on the top floor of Blue Mountain School, a Shoreditch concept space that also houses a fashion gallery and a music room. Theo Clench opened the room in late 2022 and won a Michelin star within six months on a 10-course Asia-and-game-leaning menu; he left in mid-2024 for IGNI in Mayfair, and the kitchen has continued under a successor team that has retained the star into the 2026 Guide.
