A nostalgic locals-only lunch spot on Place de la Gare du Sud, run by Monique Labatino, who joined in 1989 and took over in 2011. The menu is unapologetically traditional Niçois: tripes, daube, beignets and farcis, every dish under twenty euros, served only at midday. A PMU bar, regulars and zero tourist polish.
