A century-old socca house near the port, baking the wood-fired chickpea pancake plus pissaladière and Swiss chard tart at communal tables since 1923. Touristy at peak times but a true Niçois cultural institution that still does the canonical version. Go off-peak and it remains the socca benchmark.
