The bar of the Belmond Hotel Caruso, a restored 11th-century palace, pours aperitivo beneath 18th-century frescoes and out onto a terrace and sparkling garden looking down the coast. Local prosecco, classic cocktails and an unhurried, museum-quiet elegance make it the standout sundowner in Ravello. The setting beside the famed infinity pool is hard to better anywhere on the coast.
