Set in the Monastero Santa Rosa, a former convent turned five-star hotel high above Conca dei Marini, Il Refettorio plates chef Alfonso Crescenzo's modern reading of Campanian cuisine using produce from his family's organic Terre Lavorate land near Sarno. The terrace, perched over the sea with the convent's tiered gardens below, is among the coast's most dramatic dining rooms.
