The fine-dining room of cliff hotel Borgo Santandrea, on the headland between Amalfi and Conca dei Marini, holds one Michelin star under chef Crescenzo Scotti, trained at Le Calandre. Dinner is served on a majolica-tiled terrace over the water; the menu orbits the small oily fish the place is named for. Polished, sea-facing and squarely a special-occasion room.
