The natural wine list is one of the more adventurous in the city; the kimchi burger and veal tartare have become reference dishes. The room is loud, bright, and friendly — closer in spirit to a Brooklyn corner bar than a Parisian bistro, which is precisely why it works for anyone tired of the old script.
