The gourmet restaurant of the Relais & Chateaux Petra Segreta resort, set in Mediterranean maquis above San Pantaleo, holds a Michelin star earned in 2022. Patron Luigi Bergeretto works with resident chef Alessandro Menditto and mentor Enrico Bartolini on modern Mediterranean cooking. Much of the produce, cheese and herbs come from the hotel's own farm.
