The format is straightforward: fresh fish from the morning auction, a long Aegean meze list pulled from the cold tray, a wooden deck over the marina water and a small indoor room for the shoulder season. Gault&Millau Türkiye holds the room on its annual selection and the local fishing crews still drink at the bar after they've sold the catch.
