Brett Graham's Ledbury Road dining room reopened in February 2022 after a two-year pandemic closure, regained two stars in the 2023 guide and a third in 2024, and is ranked London's best restaurant in the 2026 Harden's. The cooking is Graham's long-running idiom — heritage breeds, foraged ingredients, game from his own estates — translated into a tasting menu that the trade reads as the most precise in the city. Reservations open 90 days ahead and the room sells out the day they release.
