Pétrus by Gordon Ramsay
Belgravia
Kinnerton Street's claret-walled tasting room — Gordon Ramsay's Belgravia one-star since 2010
The Berkeley's flagship dining room — Marcus Wareing's Belgravia anchor since 2014
Inside The Berkeley on Wilton Place, Marcus Wareing's eponymous room has held Belgravia's most considered tasting-menu seat since the 2014 rebrand from Marcus Wareing at The Berkeley. The Maybourne hotel sits between Hyde Park Corner and Knightsbridge — same group as Claridge's and The Connaught — and the dining room reads in that register: muted greens, low banquettes, the kind of service that remembers you booked for an anniversary three years ago. Modern British with a French undercarriage; the audience that has eaten at Helene Darroze and Core recognises the grammar without translation.
One Michelin star (verified 2026). Tasting menu is the booking — à la carte at lunch only. The Berkeley's other rooms (Collins Room for afternoon tea, Cédric Grolet pâtisserie at street level) are worth knowing if Marcus is fully booked.
