Founded in 2017 by Greg Schuler and Agata Mikulska, Mistral roasts its own beans on the island and was named Best Independent Coffee Shop in Spain by the Financial Times. Green coffee is sourced from Kenya, Ethiopia, Rwanda and beyond, then profiled on a Probat roaster to draw out each origin. The Plaça Weyler cafe pairs the brews with homemade cakes.
