Built as a full-rigged wooden galleon on the Levante pier, Astral has held the corner of Puerto Banús marina since 2002. The bar leans on four pillars - fresh fruit, spirits, natural ingredients and ice - and rotates its list through the year rather than coasting on the view. A rare survivor: a marina cocktail bar that still takes the drink seriously.
