A clean-lined marina room on Ribera del Marlín that pioneered serious Nikkei cooking in Sotogrande, layering Japanese technique and Peruvian brightness over local Andalusian product. Two open kitchens, one for sushi and one for the grill and hot dishes, give the space its energy, and the terrace looks straight out over the moored boats. Ceviches, sushi and teppanyaki cuts are the things to order.
Best at dusk on the terrace with a cocktail; it leans lively rather than hushed. Open daily into the late evening.
