Pick your fish at the counter, eat it minutes later
Half fishmonger, half table, on a pedestrian lane in the centre. Owner Petros Semkos sources from Monemvasia, Lesvos, the northeast Aegean and the Michaniona market, and you choose your fish from the case to be grilled, pan-fried or steamed. He extends it with smoking and ageing, but the pleasure here is unadorned freshness and zero distance from sea to plate.
Go at lunch, ask what came in that morning, and let them grill it whole.
