Tucked on tiny Rogoti street near Ladadika, Mezen reframed Thessaloniki's meze ritual around a never-ending parade of small plates, fried red mullet, octopus, taramas and the day's seafood arriving one after another until you call a halt. It runs on tsipouro and a loud, communal energy that feels urban without losing the tradition. The format proved influential enough to spawn the spin-off PSI.
