Eric Frechon's Epicure carries three Michelin stars on the ground floor; the courtyard garden — rare in central Paris — anchors lunch even in winter. The 188 rooms and 22 suites sit above the largest hotel garden on the Right Bank. İstanbullu seconders use Le Bristol for the airport-to-dinner reservation that does not need a back-up plan, and for the post-board-meeting Sunday brunch the city writes about every spring.
