| Ultima revisione: May 2026 A household name in Amsterdam for over fifty years, Pompadour is a tiny patisserie-chocolaterie-tearoom turning out some of the city's finest cakes and Valrhona-based chocolates, with recipes refined alongside French and Belgian colleagues. The Huidenstraat tearoom is a jewel of the Nine Streets. A real institution, not a souvenir stop.
