Egenin İncisi
Konacık
Konacık's Atatürk Bulvarı pide-and-kebap room with a buffet kahvaltı for the residential weekend — stone-oven pide and Manisa köfte, open until three.
An İzmir kokoreç ustası that opened in 1974 and brought the trade to Yalıkavak in 2013 — the peninsula's serious answer
Kokoreç is the test case for a coastal town's late kitchen, and Mertcan is the only one on the peninsula that takes it seriously. The İzmir house opened in 1974 and the Yalıkavak counter has been on Şeyhülislam Ömer Lütfü Caddesi since 2013 — proper lamb intestine on a charcoal döner, cumin-and-pepper to order, half-bread or quarter-bread, midye dolma alongside. No flourishes, no fusion, no tablecloth. The post-Sait Marina drink ends here, not at a hotel breakfast room.
Yarım ekmek, fazladan acılı pul biber ve yanında bir midye dolma sipariş edin. Marina boşaldıktan sonra gece yarısı geçtiğinde girin; sıra inceliyor ve döner en iyi haline geliyor.
