| Ultima revisione: May 2026 The estate that started Urla's serious wine conversation. Can Ortabaş planted his first vines on the Uzbaş farm in 1996 and has since accumulated three Decanter Platinum awards and a 2020 Decanter Gold. Roughly 550 decares of vineyard surround a cellar that turns out 300,000 litres a year of structured, ageworthy reds and whites built on French varieties alongside Boğazkere, Bornova Misketi and Narince. The half-hourly afternoon tastings include a production tour; book the late slot and stay for the light over the arboretum.
