Yek Alacati

The Alacati project of chef Kemal Demirasal, Yek pairs a serious Aegean-Mediterranean seafood kitchen with a proper jazz-soundtracked cocktail bar, and the bar earns its place independently of the dining room. Cocktails are house-built with infusion techniques that pull in local flavours, island tea, Amasya apple, hibiscus, citrus and pepper, so the drink carries the same sense of place as the food.
