Roof Bar 805 is the seasonal terrace level of Park Hyatt Maçka Palas, open only through the warm months. The room itself is small and unfussy, the point is the geography, with a clean line of sight from Maçka greenery across to the Bosphorus mouth. Drink program is signature-cocktail-led and built for the golden-hour-into-night arc; it is one of the few Nişantaşı rooftops that Istanbul locals still rate above the Beyoğlu hotels because the crowd is older, the volume lower and the bar staff are the same people who run the lobby program downstairs.
