Jeremy Lee's neon-signed Dean Street dining room — the Soho institution turning one hundred in 2026
Jacob Kenedy's region-by-region Italian counter on Archer Street — every dish labelled by province, eighteen years deep
Jacob Kenedy and Victor Hugo opened Bocca di Lupo on a quiet Soho side street behind the Apollo Theatre in 2008 and it has not slipped since: a marble counter facing the open kitchen, a small-plate / large-plate format, and every dish on the menu labelled with the Italian province it comes from — Piedmont, Sicily, Veneto, Le Marche — so that an evening can be deliberately walked through one region or scrambled through six. Bib Gourmand-held; Tatler 'Best Wine List'. Kenedy's Gelupo gelato bar sits across the road for the after-dinner walk. The most adult Italian in Soho, and the room every visiting Istanbullu Italophile recognises.
