| Ultima revisione: May 2026 Ryan Chetiyawardana's Sea Containers ground-floor bar trades the trophy-hotel register for something stranger and quieter — a baby-blue room, a gold-uplit counter, and a menu built around a small set of house-made 'key ingredients' that Lyan and team rebuild every year. The Thames runs past the window. The bay's reader that thinks Mr Lyan is the most-cited name in modern bartending is correct, and this is the room he keeps for himself.
