Notting Hill
Clare Smyth's three-Michelin-star Notting Hill flagship — modern British cooking at the peninsula's ceiling
Karam Sethi's Marylebone coastal-Indian — one Michelin star held since 2012
Trishna is the Marylebone restaurant from the JKS Restaurants founders (the same kitchen group behind Gymkhana, BiBi and Kitchen Table) and has held a Michelin star continuously since 2012. The cooking pulls from the Indian coast — Dorset brown crab the long-running signature, Hariyali bream from the tandoor, beef short-rib coconut fry the more recent benchmark — at a price-point that the audience reads as the city's most defensible Indian booking. A 2025 light refurbishment freshened the room without touching the kitchen's discipline.
The Koliwada tasting menu is the right order on a first visit. Book a fortnight ahead for weekend evenings; weekday lunch is the same kitchen for half the price.
