| Ultima revisione: May 2026 Argentine founder Santi opened Toma in 2012 as one of the first cafés to brew and roast specialty coffee in Madrid, and it remains the spiritual home of the Malasaña coffee scene. A small, living-room-warm room on Calle de la Palma pouring filter, cold brew and own-roasted beans, plus honest toasts. It reads to an Istanbul cosmopolitan like the Karaköy specialty bar they already trust.
