The personal stamp of owner Manolo Espada is all over this Benahavís village stalwart, widely held to serve the best Andalusian cooking in town. The kitchen leans into regional comfort, prawns pil pil, stuffed peppers, oxtail, slow-roast piglet, and the signature 'grandma's sirloin', and the lovely roof terrace turns lunch into a long afternoon. It is unhurried, personal and genuinely local.
