Oisin Rogers, Charlie Carroll (Flat Iron) and Ashley Palmer-Watts opened The Devonshire on Denman Street in late 2023 and within eighteen months it became the most-booked dining room in central London. Ground floor: the Guinness pour the Irish press writes about, a long bar, no booking. Upstairs: an in-house butchery and bakery feeding a properly-set dining room of Sunday roasts and chops. Named No.1 gastropub in the UK by Estrella Damm Top 50 Gastropubs 2026.
