Cravan
Trocadéro & Passy
Franck Audoux's cocktail bar in a 1911 Hector Guimard Art Nouveau building.
The Marais corner where natural wine, oysters and serious cocktails collapse into one room.
Le Mary Celeste sits on a busy 3e corner and has, for over a decade, defined a particular Marais hybrid: a wine bar that takes oysters seriously, a cocktail bar that takes producers seriously, and a small-plates kitchen that doesn't pretend to be a restaurant. The natural wine list is one of the more adventurous in the city; the kimchi burger and veal tartare have become reference dishes. The room is loud, bright, and friendly — closer in spirit to a Brooklyn corner bar than a Parisian bistro, which is precisely why it works for anyone tired of the old script. Walk in early; the bar fills by 8.
Rezervasyonsuz girene dostça, barda oturup üç istiridye, burger ve personelin az önce açtığı kadehten ne varsa söyleyin.
