The 1892 mansion behind a private garden in the 16e is the only Paris property classed as a chateau-hotel — Relais & Châteaux since 2012, fully reimagined by interior designer Laura Gonzalez and reopened spring 2021 with Xavier de Chirac's gardens. 50 rooms and suites, a private-club library bar (members and guests only), a Guerlain Spa and a hot-air-balloon-themed atrium nodding to the property's 19th-century aeronautical school past. Restaurant Bellefeuille holds one Michelin star under chef Grégory Garimbay, with a glass-roofed terrace looking onto the garden. The whole thing sits in a residential pocket near Bois de Boulogne.
