A small, locally minded table tucked onto the Plaça Cartoixa in Valldemossa, with outdoor seating beside the Charterhouse. The cooking is mainly fish and Mallorcan small plates — bravas, croquetas, a tomato-and-cuttlefish pica pica — built on fresh, market-driven produce. It is the village's most credible kitchen amid a square otherwise heavy with tourist cafés.
