Above the small coves of Cala Sant Vicenç, north of Pollença, Cal Patró began in 1954 as a humble beach bar in a fishing port and has stayed in the same family since. The Mediterranean cooking keeps the fish front and centre — cuttlefish, seafood rice, the day's catch — with the sea filling the view. Rustic, honest and rooted in its cala.
