Standing at the end of its own jetty in Port de Pollença's marina since 1972, Stay is the bay's enduring seafront table. The kitchen treats the day's fish simply and well — John Dory with caramelised onion, whatever the boats bring in — on a terrace that all but sits among the yachts. A long-running local fixture with reliably polished service.
