Run by the same family since 1921 and now in its fourth generation, Masuelli is a quintessential Milanese-Piedmontese trattoria where, legend has it, the Slow Food idea germinated. Under chandeliers and decades of memorabilia, it serves benchmark risotto alla milanese, cotoletta and seasonal classics with warm, unhurried hospitality. A living institution, not a costume of one.
