Schwarzreiter (one Michelin star) reinterprets young Bavarian cuisine; the rooftop spa and indoor pool look across rooftops to the Frauenkirche. The doorman, the porters, the concierge desk all run on a quieter, more European rhythm than the corporate-luxe properties that have arrived since.
